Ali MacGraw

Ali MacGraw also known by her stage name Elizabeth Alice MacGraw has been a model, actor as well as an animal rights activist in America. The actress is famous for movies such as Love Story (1970) Goodbye Columbus (1969) and The Getaway (1972). New York was her home and she was raised in an environment that was artistic. Her first position was a photo assistant. After that, she switched to modelling and acting. The first two films she made got noticed and earned her an award called the Golden Globe Award of Most promising newcomer. MacGraw's 1970 film Love Story was an international success, earning the actress the Academy Award nomination and Golden Globe Award. Within just three short films, she became the top female box office star worldwide. In 1972, the Grauman's Chinese Theater engraved her autograph, hand-prints and foot prints in 1972. Her other credits comprise The Getaway Convoy Players, television miniseries The Winds of War and many more. Her autobiography Moving Pictures was published in 1991. MacGraw got married to three different people.
