Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr competes as a model for IFBB Fitness Pro and is an official athlete for the organization. After quitting her gymnastics career, she began to compete in fitness shows when she was 16 years old. She was 17 years old when she earned her Pro Card. Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, model, as well as a sponsored athlete. Following her decision to quit gymnastics, she began to compete in fitness competitions as a teenager. Within a single year, she earned her pro card when she was 17. This made her an IFBB Pro at the age of 17. IFBB Pro of all time. Ariel left the stage for six years to complete college. The return to competitive competition in 2015 was an extension of her previous efforts, wherein she participated in events of the highest level such as Mr. Olympia or the Toronto Pro Supershow. The contest continued throughout the years following her debut, establishing higher expectations for herself each year. In 2009, four more fitness titles were added to her list. Also, she was the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals champion, which made her one of the oldest IFBB Fitness Pro (at age 17) in history. Ariel was on a break for a while following her professional card's issuance so that she could earn her college diploma. In the month of October, 2015 Ariel made her return with her IFBB Fitness Pro Debut in the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. In the end, she finished 3rd at the show. In the summer of 2016 she won the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow and as a result - qualified for Fitness Olympia. The Olympian stepped out on stage three months later and came home with sixth place in the Fitness Division. With no expectations prior to the event, Ariel claims she was more than happy of the result. Ariel was competing against the best. Ariel's physique is improving each year. Ariel loves to work out her back. The most she does is bent over rows, single arm pull-downs (on the machine), pull-ups and seated rowing. She warms-up first before moving into exercises. Ariel is the most efficient use of the time she has. The way she achieves this is by supersetting her back exercises. Four or three supersets with 10--12 reps are completed.
