Angela Sun was born in Santa Clara County, California on 19 October 1979. She is a American journalist and sportscaster. She is also a documentary film maker and TV presenter. Sun has worked with films including Goliath (2016 (Hit the Floor, 2014-2016), A Perfect Getaway 2009), Street Kings (2008), Glowsticks and Drumsticks 2004, and Shackled. Sun's feature-length documentary Platic Paradise The Great Pacific Garbage Patch was a film that focused on the impact of plastic pollution on the oceans. She created, wrote and directed it herself.
