Alexa Meade measurements, bio, height, weight, shoe, and bra size
After being inspired initially by the shadows she saw on the grass of trees and the shadows she saw on the trees, she set out to create a method that didn't depict the subject in a 2-dimensional image. The subject becomes a replica of its own, while the canvas is carrying the painterly interpretation of the object. This is especially true in the case of a living item or something perishable, like people or fruit. Alexa's style of painting is ephemeral, the only thing that remains of Alexa Meade's art is her photographs. Both the painting and photographic techniques are so closely coordinated that the result is nothing but a two-dimensional flat space that achieves trompe-l'oeil. In this, the third dimension is only visible in certain areas like near the eyes, or near hair. Meade often incorporates models painted within the surrounding space. This allows them to be part of the world that she created. Thereby repealing the boundaries between photography, painting performances and installations.
