Brie Larson

BrieBrianne Sidonie Deaulniers was born on October 1, 1989. She is professionally known as Brie Larson. Famous for her roles as a supporting actress in comedies in her teens and has since branched out to lead parts in independent films and blockbusters. Larson has been honored with many awards and accolades, including the Academy Award. A Golden Globe Award. Time magazine named Larson as one of the 100 most influential people of the world for 2019. Larson was admitted at age 6 to American Conservatory Theater's educational program. Her acting career began in 1998, when she appeared in a sketch comedy on The Tonight Show With Jay Leno. In 2001, she was a regular on Raising Dad. She also briefly pursued a career in music, which culminated in the release of her album Finally Out Of P.E. In 2005. Larson was a supporting role in the comedy films Hoot (2006) and Scott Pilgrim vs. The World (2010). She played the part as a sardonic young woman on the TV show United States of Tara (2012). Larson's breakthrough came when her character was an important role in Short Term 12 (2013). She continued her part as a support actress in The Spectacular Now (2013) and Trainwreck (2015). Larson was nominated for the Academy Award as Best Actress for her performance as a kidnapping victim during the drama Room (2015). The 2017 adventure film Kong: Skull Island marked her first major-budget release following which she was cast as Captain Marvel in the Marvel Cinematic Universe starting with Captain Marvel (2019).
